Customer Reviews for Adam D. Brown, Attorney at Law P.C.

Hired Law firm 2019-2020I was facing a very serious charge that would've ended a 16 career, 3 to 7 years of prison, and to be blunt lose everything I worked for, including years of a reputation of being a law abiding citizen. He was straight forward and fair, never did he mislead me by making any false promises, rather he simply kept me informed at all times with all options available to me. He did so with empathy and compassion for my situation but at the same time upholding his responsibility to justice. When the final day arrived and it was time for trial, he and his partner Attorney James Dimeas argued fairly, tactfully, and with the utmost professionalism against the State Prosecutor. I witnessed that between the State Prosecutor's that their was mutual respect for the law and the justice system. In the end I was found Not Guilty and relieved after over a year of mental and emotional stress leading up to my day of judgement. I am absolutely inspired by his work ethic and dedication to his clients, and his craft. If you are looking for a no an Attorney who will work your case as if he was in your situation, than I strongly recommend Adam Brown and his partner James Dimeas. I am forever grateful for both of you and God Speed and blessings to all your future clients that choose your services.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
