Additionally, Mr. Lake successfully prosecuted a personal injury claim on behalf of two families whose loved ones died in a factory explosion. Mr. Lake was able to obtain a combined settlement for these two families in excess of $13,000,000.00. His other success includes a $6,000,000.00 settlement on behalf of a minor girl resulting in a tragic fencing accident. He resolved a claim for $4,700,000.00 on behalf of a brain injured client which resulted from an industrial accident.

Thomas Lake and Alex Campos represented two families that suffered injuries and death as a result of a limousine crash. The crash occurred along the I-90 tollway in a construction zone. The limousine company and driver were sued as well as numerous other construction companies, architects and engineers.
