Overview
Patrick Sharpe is a partner at Maurizio & Sharpe. Patrick was born and raised in Central Illinois. He attended Purdue University where he received a Bachelor’s degree in History. He then received a scholarship to attend the Southern Illinois University School of Law. While in law school, Patrick interned at Heyl Royster in Peoria, Illinois and then began working as a clerk at what was then the Maurizio Law Firm, P.C. Upon graduation from law school and passing the Illinois bar exam, Patrick continued his employment with the Maurizio Law Firm, P.C. In February of 2012, he became a partner.
Patrick represents corporate and individual clients in both civil and criminal law with a focus on family law. He handles a variety of cases from all types of family law litigation to appellate work. Currently, Patrick is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois and is a member of the American Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association and the Williamson County Bar Association.
Patrick resides in Carterville with his beautiful wife, Elisha, a teacher at Tri-C Elementary. Patrick and his wife have twin boys, Ryan and Luke, and dog, Pete.
