At The Law Offices of Carlos H. Davalos we concentrate in providing clients with aggressive representation in Felony, Criminal, DUI, and Major Traffic cases. Mr. Davalos's work is recognized nationally and locally as exceptional in the area of Criminal and DUI defense. Similarly the Top 100 National Trial Lawyers organization has selected Mr. Davalos as being one of the top trial lawyers in the state of Illinois. Mr. Davalos retains membership in the National College of DUI Defense which accepts only the very best DUI defenders in the United States. In addition to the aforementioned organizations, Mr. Davalos retains membership in various local, state, and regional bar groups including the Illinois State Bar Association, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the DuPage County Bar Association, and the Northwest Suburban Bar Association.

The effectiveness of our representation has allowed us to establish a county-wide practice where Mr. Davalos and his associates provide counsel in the courtrooms of Cook, DuPage, Will, Kane, and Lake County.
