Firm Information
Overview
Danziger & De Llano, LLP's Naperville, Illinois, office represents families across the Chicago suburbs facing mesothelioma, malignant mesothelioma claims, asbestos-related lung cancer and other consequences of asbestos exposure. We also assist veterans pursuing claims tied to military service and guide clients through every avenue available for securing mesothelioma compensation.
Illinois's long history of manufacturing, railroad operations and construction work has left countless residents vulnerable to asbestos-related illness, and our attorneys are dedicated to identifying the specific companies and products responsible for each client's exposure. We believe effective representation begins with genuinely understanding the people we serve. Before crafting a legal strategy, our team takes time to learn about each client's occupational background, family circumstances and personal history, ensuring that the approach we build reflects their unique situation.
From filing claims with asbestos trust funds to pursuing litigation when necessary, we handle the complexities of the legal process so that clients can devote their energy to health and family. To remove barriers to quality representation, we offer free consultations, available both virtually and in person, at no cost or delay to those we serve.
Although our roots are firmly in Naperville, we draw on the strength of a nationwide network spanning 72 offices. This connection allows us to bring insights and strategies developed in cases across the country directly into the service of our Illinois clients.
Backed by more than three decades of focused experience in asbestos litigation, our firm has recovered over $2 billion for clients and maintains access to upwards of $30 billion held in trust funds nationwide. Through it all, our Naperville office remains committed to providing prompt, compassionate and results-driven legal representation to every family we have the privilege to serve.
