He has presented to other attorneys at numerous continuing legal education seminars. He co-authored the Illinois Bar Journal article “What’s New in Traffic Law for 2014” and contributed to the 2011 IBJ article “Representing DUI Clients Before the Illinois Secretary of State.”

His previous employment includes: Secretary of State Hearing Officer; Clerk to Justice Myerscough; Illinois State Bar Association Director of Continuing Legal Education and Assistant Counsel; and, private practice concentrated in personal injury and worker’s compensation.

Member: National College for DUI Defense; Illinois State Bar Association, where he serves on the Board of Governors, Washington County Bar Association (President).

He is admitted to practice in Illinois and Missouri, 1998, and the U.S. Supreme Court, 2007.

Tom is the past Chair of the Illinois State Bar Association Traffic Laws and Courts Section Council, and was a member of the Administrative Law Section Council.
