Alyssa M. Rosch is a trial and litigation attorney at Wiczer Jacobs, LLC. Her practice spans advisory counsel, pre-suit strategy, negotiations, trial advocacy, post-judgment enforcement, and appeals. Beyond the courtroom, she provides legal services in trust and estate planning, wealth and business management, real estate matters, and issues involving professional and community associations.

Alyssa served as a judicial extern for the Chancery Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois, and was mentored by the late Honorable John W. Darrah, United States District Judge for the Northern District of Illinois.

Her professional experience includes serving as in-house counsel and a legal compliance analyst for a financial institution, where she advised on regulatory, corporate, and investment matters. She has also represented clients in complex securities, Broker-Dealer, and FINRA matters. In addition, she was trained as a creditor’s rights litigation and trial attorney as part of a trial and arbitration team representing financial institutions and lenders.

Alyssa holds a LexisNexis Professional Research designation and is an Illinois Notary Public. Prior to entering the legal profession, she worked in broadcast journalism and earned a Radio Marketing Professional certification in 2012.

She brings a balanced and practical perspective to her legal work and is dedicated to delivering client-focused counsel and tailored solutions.

Outside of her legal practice, Alyssa is a charity marathon runner, water skier, snowboarder, and U.S. certified sailor.
