Michael Orzoff has been a partner at the Orzoff Law Offices for over 16 years.

He represents injured people for job-related injuries under the Illinois Workers' Compensation Act and those who have personal injury claims caused by the negligence of a third party.

He has extensive litigation experience and he has been the firm's lead trial attorney for the past five years. He has obtained many successful awards and verdicts in workers' compensation claims and personal injury civil trials. His success ratio in jury trials is in excess of 90%.

Mr. Orzoff was born in Chicago, Illinois in 1970 and has lived in the Chicagoland area all of his life. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from DePaul University in 1994. He then went on to graduate with a Juris Doctor degree from DePaul University Law School in 1997. In October of 1997 the Supreme Court of the State of Illinois licensed him to practice before the United States District Courts for both the Northern and Southern Districts of the State of Illinois.

Mr. Orzoff takes extreme pride in his ability to successfully organize and prepare cases in order to achieve the most successful results. He also feels it is extremely important to keep his clients constantly advised as to the progress of their cases. He has an excellent track record of settling difficult cases or obtaining excellent trial results in those cases that cannot be settled.

Aside from his law practice, Mr. Orzoff was briefly involved in the pop culture phenomenon known as reality TV. Mr. Orzoff starred in a reality television show called Love Cruise that was shown on the Fox television network in the fall of 2001. Mr. Orzoff was featured prominently in all seven episodes and he eventually placed second in the competition.

Mr. Orzoff is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association and the Illinois Workers' Compensation Lawyers Association. He lives in Chicago and enjoys spending his leisure time on the golf course.
