Mr. Channon focuses his practice on business and commercial litigation, Financial Industry Regulation Authority (FINRA) litigation, and insurance counseling. He has trial experience in both state and federal courts where he has represented a wide range of clients in business and employment disputes, non-compete/non-solicitation agreements, and non-disclosure agreements. He has experience in all phases of litigation as well as arbitrations before the American Arbitration Association (AAA), FINRA and the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME). Mr. Channon also represents and counsels business professionals, including financial advisors, brokers, residential appraisers and business executives regarding matters involving malpractice disputes and insurance coverage and liability disputes.

He serves as a Judge in The Jogn Marshall Law School moot court competitions.
