A. Charles Kogut is a 1974 graduate from the University of Illinois and earned his Juris Doctor from the John Marshall Law School in 1978. Mr. Kogut (Chuck) has devoted his practice to the area of probate and trust litigation for over 40 years and has handled numerous will and trust contests, citation proceedings to recover assets into estates, actions for breach of contract to make a will, lost will cases, heirship matters and numerous issues that arise in probate cases as well as general administration of decedent estates.
