Verified ClientHired Law firm 2023-2026I would like to sincerely thank Brad and his entire office for the work they did on my husband’s case. This process has been long and extremely difficult for our family, and throughout it all Brad remained empathetic, patient, and supportive.Brad fought for my husband’s medical care and helped guide us through a very complicated system. He always took the time to explain things and made sure we understood what was happening every step of the way. His dedication to advocating for my husband’s treatment and working toward the best possible outcome truly meant a lot to us. His case was extremely complex. He got the job done. I also want to recognize his secretary, Cheryl. She was always incredibly kind, responsive, and compassionate whenever we reached out. Her patience and warmth made a stressful process much easier for our family. We are very grateful to Brad, Cheryl, and the entire office for their support and for helping our family through such a challenging time.

My situation was extremely complex, and Brad fought for my care before and after the case. This was the most difficult time out in our lives, and Brad took the time to explain what was going to happen next and the possibilities so we had no surprises. We were successful in settlement thank you Brad for going the extra miles to give my life back!

Verified ClientHired Law firm 2024-2026I worked with Attorney Brad Reynolds, he did a great job for me, and I would highly recommend him without hesitation. It was a very complex case with significant injuries and Brad carefully guided me through the process. My settlement was substantially larger than I initially expected and that was clearly due to Brad's decades of experience, hard work and outstanding negotiating skills. Brad always responded quickly to both my telephone calls and emails, plus he took the time to explain everything to me with the detail I needed, and most importantly his advice was spot on. Aside from being highly competent, Brad is likeable, very organized and the consummate professional in every way.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
