Max Borushek Esq. - Rolling Meadows, IL

Max Borushek is an Associate Attorney in the firm’s Chicago, Illinois office. With a background in legal research, writing, and litigation support, Max approaches each matter with careful attention to detail and a commitment to being thoroughly prepared. His experience working with attorneys in both law firm and deposition settings has provided him with valuable insight into the litigation process and the importance of organized, thoughtful legal work.

Max received his Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law. While attending law school, he earned a Certificate in Health Care Compliance and received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Health Care Compliance and Regulations. He also served as Editor-in-Chief of the E-Pulse Health Blog and as a Teaching Assistant for Health Care Compliance. Before law school, Max earned a Bachelor of Science in Journalism with a minor in Political Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He is licensed to practice law in Illinois.

Throughout his legal career, Max has assisted attorneys with a wide range of litigation-related responsibilities. His experience includes conducting legal research, assisting with discovery and depositions, preparing legal documents, organizing exhibits, and supporting attorneys with trial preparation. These experiences have strengthened his ability to manage details while keeping the broader needs of a case in focus.

Outside of his work at the firm, Max remains involved in the legal community through his membership in the Illinois State Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association, and American Bar Association. In his practice, he places an emphasis on preparation, communication, and providing attentive support to clients as they work through important legal matters.
