After founding Strength Through Acquaintance Rape Education USA, Inc. (STARE USA), Lisa has spoken across the country on acquaintance rape and authored a book, "What You Don't Know...A Discussion of Acquaintance Rape". Lisa has also served as the Assistant Chief Deputy of the Chancery Division of the Cook County Circuit Court Clerk's Office, and as a Will County Assistant State's Attorney in various assignments, lastly as the Arson Prosecutor.
Since founding her practice, Lisa has focused on real estate. She enjoys helping people close one real estate chapter as they open the next one in their lives, and finds it an honor to play a role in a part of her clients’ lives that is so important to them.

Lisa currently serves on multiple committees at Three Rivers Association of Realtors, including as the Vice Chair of the Affiliates Committee. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Illinois Rock & Roll Museum on Route 66.
