Daniel L. Johnson is a Director in the Business Services Practice Group, focusing his practice principally on forming new business entities, advising established businesses on a wide variety of governance and transactional issues, and assisting in the purchase and sale of commercial and residential real estate. Daniel also has experience in the formation and governance of not-for-profit corporations, including public charities and private foundations, as well as estate planning and probate.
Prior to his law career, Daniel was a licensed stockbroker and fraud investigator for a brokerage firm in St. Louis, Missouri. He also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Joe B. McDade in the Central District of Illinois.
Daniel was admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois in 2015. He earned his undergraduate degree from St. Louis University in 2005 and his law degree from the University of Illinois College of Law in 2015. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the DuPage County Bar Association.
