In his mergers and acquisitions practice, Joe counsels clients on the appropriate transaction structure, performing due diligence, and negotiating transaction documents including the letter of intent, the purchase agreement, confidentiality agreements, employment agreements, and consulting agreements.

He has extensive experience advising businesses with private placement offerings, trade secrets and restrictive covenants, corporate governance, professional regulation and licensing, trademarks, intellectual property, and business contracts.
