Patrick M. Coonan is a director in the M&A and Corporate Transactional groups.
Mr. Coonan’s practice focuses on a range of issues of concern to businesses and business owners, including mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance, disputes, and all manner of contracts. Patrick believes in building strong relationships with clients, acting as outside general counsel to businesses in an approachable, practical, and effective manner.
Before joining Huck Bouma, Patrick served as Senior Counsel of a national insurance brokerage, managing mergers & acquisitions for the company. Patrick also worked as a transactional attorney for a Chicago law firm and was General Counsel of a large Maryland materials supplier.
