Steven C. Smith has been serving Madison County for over 46 years. Steve has a BA, MA, MBA and JD. He is a former college president and served as an Army officer in Vietnam. He has served as past president of the Madison County Bar Association and is currently a member of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Indiana and California Bar Association and the Madison County Bar Association. He is licensed to practice before the Southern District Court of Indiana, the Supreme Court of Indiana, the Supreme Court of California and the United States Supreme Court. Steve has tried thousands of cases, including hundreds of jury trials.
