Overview

Tanner Shapiro is a criminal defense trial lawyer. He gained criminal law experience in both the Morgan County Prosecutor’s Office and the Brown County Prosecutor’s Office as an assistant to the prosecutor. He participated in jury trials in both Morgan and Brown County.

Tanner graduated from the Indiana University Law School in Bloomington. He has worked closely on both negotiations, arguments, pleadings, and jury trials with Sam Shapiro. He has traveled and met dozens of prosecutors and judges in all of the counties where Shapiro & Shapiro practice law and he has successfully handled dozens of criminal cases both of his own, and, as delegated by the firm.
