Overview
Amanda was born in Indianapolis, IN in 1985 and graduated from Avon High School in 2003. Amanda then attended DePauw University in Greencastle, IN and graduated with a B.A. in Communications in 2007. After working in the banking industry following college, Amanda attended the University of Dayton School of Law and graduated from UDSL's two-year accelerated program in the top 25% of her class in 2011.
During law school, Amanda worked for the Honorable Judge Thomas M. Rose of the Federal Southern District of Ohio as a judicial extern and assisted with procedural issues involving ERISA and ECPA. Amanda was cited in two federal opinions due to her substantial contributions in the drafting of those opinions. Since graduating law school, Amanda has gained a majority of her experience in family law. Specific experience includes, but is not limited to, issues of dissolution, custody, support, wage withholding, contempt, and protective orders. Amanda also practices in the areas of criminal law, construction law, premises liability, breach of contract, complex tort, wrongful death, motor vehicle accidents, and governmental liability.
Amanda currently lives on the south side of Indianapolis with her husband and two stepsons. Amanda enjoys attending Colts games with her husband, boating and waterskiing with her family, and watching her stepsons play sports.
