Mark S.N. Chargualaf was born and raised on the US Territory of Guam. This unique upbringing helped foster his commitment to criminal defense. Observing both his mother and father, working within the criminal justice system reinforced the belief that everyone deserves a zealous defense.

With multiple high level felony trials under his belt, he knows what it truly means to fight for your rights. He has handled hundreds of criminal cases ranging from traffic infractions to murders. Additionally, he is also adept at expungements and reinstatement of driving privileges. When not practicing law, Mark enjoys playing sports, traveling and spending time with his wife and four children.
