James Pinkston - Evansville, IN

I grew up in the rural community of Webster County where I learned the values of hard work, honesty, kindness and respect. I put these values to work to receive my bachelor’s degree from the University of Kentucky and my law degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law. It is now my goal to put these values to work for the people of Western Kentucky as an attorney with Foreman Watson Holtrey, LLP.

I realized early in life that I enjoyed solving problems and helping others. As an attorney with Foreman Watson Holtrey, LLP, I work closely with Foreman Watson Land Title, LLC, and focus my practice on real estate, business and estate planning. These particular areas of practice allow me to do what I enjoy by providing me the opportunity to work one on one with clients to provide solutions to their individual situations.

Outside of the office, I enjoy traveling, cycling, and spending time with friends and family. I look forward to serving the people of Western Kentucky throughout my career.
