Overview
Christopher Pearcy was born in Indianapolis, Indiana and is admitted to practice law in Indiana and Illinois. He has earned a bachelor degree, with distinction, and a law degree from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. After practicing law in Chicago for the litigation intensive firm of Bollinger Ruberry & Garvey, Chris returned to his long time home of Indianapolis, where he looks forward to serving its residents and businesses. Chris' practice focuses on insurance defense, civil litigation, business law, and tort defense. He regularly represents clients in both federal and state courts, and before administrative agencies.
During law school, Chris was an active participant in Moot Court and was awarded a Graduate Law Fellowship. He clerked for legal enforcement division of U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in Denver, Colorado. Prior to law school, Chris was an intern for former Indianapolis Mayor Steven Goldsmith and worked for the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) to maintain and enhance our state's environment.
Chris is an active member of the Indiana State Bar Association. He lives in Fishers, Indiana with his wife, Jennifer, who is also an attorney.
