Attorney Information

Overview

As an up and coming attorney with the Keller & Keller, Injury Lawyers, Dan views the courtroom as a place where everyday people can meet massive corporations on a level playing field.

He grew up in West Union, Ohio and attended West Union High School. Following graduation, he spent two years living in Brazil, where he did missionary work. He went on to Wright State University, graduating summa cum laude in 2007.

He attended Indiana University's Robert H. McKinney School of Law, graduating in 2010 with honors once again, magna cum laude. Along the way, Dan was a semi finalist for the Robert H. Staton Intramural Moot Court Competition, was part of the Order of the Barristers and was a competitor in the Phillip C. Jessup International Law moot court.

Dan joined the Keller & Keller, Injury Lawyers in 2011, focusing his practice on personal injury litigation, commercial litigation, wrongful death and automobile no fault law.

In his short career, Dan has already established a reputation for winning cases and earning positive outcomes for clients.

Dan won two six figure settlements for a South Bend, Indiana client involved in two separate collisions, despite a preexisting condition.

In 2012, he won a verdict on behalf of an injured client from Plainwell, Michigan who was hit by a car and ejected from his motorcycle.

Dan overcame a motion to dismiss to recover compensation for a Watervliet, Michigan client who required surgery after being injured by faulty concrete at a cemetery while attending a funeral.

In addition to his many successful cases, Dan has written legal papers and delivered presentations on topics including products liability, tort reform and the False Claims Act.

He is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, the Michigan State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
