David E. Dearing has extensive experience in litigation in administrative proceedings and in federal and state courts. He has represented clients at trial in federal courts in several states and argued cases before the U.S. Courts of Appeal for the Sixth, Seventh, Ninth, Eleventh, and D.C. Circuits. He has also represented clients in administrative proceedings before the U.S. Department of Agriculture, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. In addition, he advises clients on environmental regulatory matters involving the Clean Water Act, Endangered Species Act, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, and Superfund. He provides quality legal services at a fraction of the cost charged for comparable work by large law firms.
