Elizabeth A. Mallov - Indianapolis, IN

Elizabeth first began working at Betz + Blevins as a law clerk in 2004 during her second year of law school. She sought to work at Betz + Blevins because of the firm's prestigious reputation as passionate advocates for individuals.

Since joining Betz + Blevins, Elizabeth has represented numerous individuals in employment and civil rights matters before federal and state courts as well as administrative agencies. Elizabeth has represented clients at all stages of administrative and civil litigation, from pre-filing investigation through trial and appeal.

While an undergraduate, Elizabeth studied English Literature, Creative Writing, French, Spanish, and Italian. She graduated in just three years with highest distinction.

During her time at the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis, Elizabeth served as Co-President of Women's Caucus, Associate Editor of the Indiana Law Review, and competed in Moot Court as a barrister, making it to the final round of competition before the Indiana Supreme Court. While in law school, Elizabeth worked as a law clerk for the midsized business firm, focusing largely on business transactions and commercial litigation. She also worked as a law clerk at the Indiana State Medical Association, where she broadened her knowledge of legal issues relevant to medical practices as well as administrative law.

Over the past several years, Elizabeth has continued to broaden her experience in the legal field, writing briefs and memoranda for other attorneys around the State. She also established a literary publishing company and continues to run the business as a sole proprietor.
