Greene & Schultz Trial Lawyers
Indianapolis Medical Malpractice Lawyer
Overview
Born, raised, and educated in Indiana, Jerry Mayer has been successfully prosecuting medical malpractice, serious personal injury, and wrongful death cases since 1992. Mr. Mayer graduated from Indiana University with a major in biology and a concentration in biochemistry and graduated from the Indiana University School of Law with a special interest in health care law. This background helps him to understand complex medical issues, which is crucial to prosecuting medical malpractice, personal injury, and wrongful death cases. Mr. Mayer is a member of the American Association of Justice and the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association.
When doctors, nurses, hospitals, and other healthcare providers make mistakes, patients in their care can be seriously injured or can die. Medical errors are often committed by medical professionals who are inadequately trained, who are impaired as a result of alcohol or drugs, or who are just plain careless or too busy to be thorough in their work.
Mr. Mayer was a practicing psychologist for 10 years before beginning his law career, which allows him to bring a unique perspective to his work as a trial lawyer. He understands the enormous stress that victims of malpractice and their families suffer due to careless mistakes of the very people who were trusted with their care. We believe you will be very comfortable working with Mr. Mayer and the entire Greene & Schultz team.
Greene & Schultz works on a contingency fee basis. We only get paid if we win your case. Call us to see if we can be of assistance with your case.
