Mr. Alvarez is a lifelong Hoosier, raised in Noblesville, Indiana, where he graduated from Noblesville High School. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Indiana University Bloomington and his Juris Doctor from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law. During law school, Mr. Alvarez served as Executive Editor of the Indiana Journal of Law and Social Equality, Vice President of the Latino Law Student Association, and a Civil Justice Design Fellow. He also gained valuable experience as an intern for the Honorable Derek R. Molter at the Court of Appeals of Indiana. Mr. Alvarez is a dedicated attorney who advocates for workers' rights with a strong commitment to providing compassionate and effective representation for plaintiffs in employment law matters.
