Margaret McMillan - Indianapolis, IN

Margaret McMillan is an Associate Attorney at Hocker Law, LLC. She is an active member of the Indiana Bar, as well as the American Immigration Lawyer Association (AILA). She focuses her practice in humanitarian and family-based immigration as well as EOIR removal defense and BIA appeals. She has a particular passion for survivors of crime and domestic abuse, as well as Special Immigration Juveniles. Her background is in family law, domestic violence law, child protection, cross-cultural communication, and trauma-informed care. Margaret also utilizes her French language skills to perform legal translation.
