Overview
Seth R. Wilson joined Hume Smith Geddes Green & Simmons in 2006, focusing his practice in civil litigation and insurance defense cases. He is currently admitted to practice in the State of Indiana, as well as both the Northern District and Southern District Federal Courts in Indiana.
Seth graduated from Regent University School of Law in Virginia Beach, Virginia in 2006 where he served as Editor-in-Chief of Regent Law Review. Seth also served on the Dean's Student Leader Advisory Board. In addition, he was involved in several interscholastic trial and appellate advocacy competitions, while assisting the Director of the Office of Career & Alumni Services develop programs for alumni and helped establish Regent Law School's Alumni Board.
Seth graduated in 2003 from Taylor University in Upland, IN with a degree in Mass Communications/Journalism and a minor in pre-law. Seth interned with the Grant County Prosecutors Office during his senior year, assisting in trial preparation and attending trials.
Between college and law school, Seth participated in an internship with the Affordable Housing Corporation, located in Grant County, IN. While there, he helped administer a neighborhood redevelopment project and served as a Labor Standards Officer for a CDBG program.
He enjoys spending time with his family, wife Renee and two young sons, his church Common Ground Christian Church, playing basketball, playing guitar, spending time outdoors, and learning about new technology.
