Overview

Alexus graduated from Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne in 2018 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and Public Policy. After receiving her undergraduate degree, Alexus worked as a paralegal at a personal injury firm until 2020.

Alexus continued her Education at Indiana University School of Law Indianapolis and received her law degree in 2023. Throughout her studies, Alexus was the chair of the IU Student Outreach Clinic, vice-chair of the First-Generation Law Student Society, and completed over 150 hours of pro bono work.

Alexus joined Boje, Benner, Becker, Markovich & Hixson as a law clerk in 2023 and began full-time as an attorney upon her admission to the Indiana bar. Since joining the firm, Alexus has worked on a variety of legal issues and focuses her practice primarily on the areas of family law and general civil matters including personal injury, estate planning, and appeals.
