Prior to joining the firm in 2011, Ms. Schultis previously practiced Social Security Disability law and Veteran's Disability with a multi-state law firm. She graduated from Northwestern College in 1995 with a Paralegal Diploma and from Indiana University South Bend in 2004 with a bachelor's degree in general studies and political science. A litigation paralegal and mortgage banking risk manager for nine years, she then continued her law career, graduating from Valparaiso University School of Law in 2008. During law school, Ms. Schultis was privileged to serve as a federal judicial extern to Hon. William C. Lee and to Hon. Allen Sharp.
Ms. Schultis also enjoys teaching as an adjunct professor.
Born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Ms. Schultis was raised in Churubusco, Indiana, and graduated from Churubusco High School in 1994.
