Nicole Hughes is the managing partner in the law firm of Telpner Peterson Law Firm, LLP. Her practice focuses on bankruptcy, commercial law, and debtor-creditor relations. She received her B.S. from Creighton University in 2000 and her Juris Doctorate from Creighton University School of Law in 2003. She has been admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Iowa and Nebraska as well as the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals and U.S. Supreme Court. She is a member of various local, state and federal bar associations as well as the American Bankruptcy Institute. She was the Iowa State Chair for the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys from 2007 - 2014.
