Overview
Devin C. Kelly received his Bachelor of Arts, Magna Cum Laude, from Bradley University in 2008. Devin then studied at Drake University Law School and graduated with his Juris Doctor degree, high honors, in 2012. He was later admitted to the bar in the state of Iowa and its associated federal districts. Upon graduation, Devin went into private practice serving much of Eastern Iowa in a variety of practice areas, including municipal law, civil and constitutional law, employment law, personal injury, family law/divorce, and animal law.
In 2017, Devin left private practice and went in-house with CRST International, Inc. as Associate Counsel. In 2018, Devin returned to private practice and joined Roxanne Conlin & Associates, PC as an Associate Attorney in Des Moines, Iowa. Devin represents clients in all areas served by the firm, including personal injury, sexual assault, civil and constitutional rights, and employment discrimination.
When not working, Devin enjoys being outside as much as possible, exercising, and the theater. He has completed numerous Ironman triathlons, half and full marathons, and CrossFit competitions.

- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
