Josh prides himself on providing straightforward and pragmatic advice, both in and out of the courtroom. His primary focus is on real estate transactions and disputes, and has extensive experience with oil and gas transactional and title disputes. Josh has argued multiple cases before the Kansas Court of Appeals and Kansas Supreme Court, and representing both operators and landowners. He has also handled a multitude of oil and gas transactions, ranging from single lease purchases to multi-million dollar project acquisitions. Josh is licensed to practice in the State of Kansas and State of Oklahoma.
A lifelong resident of Kansas, Josh and his family made Pratt their home in 2012. An avid outdoorsman, Josh takes any available opportunity to chase deer, waterfowl or upland birds wherever he's lucky enough to find them.
