Overview
Michael L. Baumberger (Mike) has represented individuals and businesses in a wide range of civil litigation cases over the past 20 years. He has tried cases in Kansas and Missouri state courts and successfully appealed cases in the Kansas Court of Appeals and the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. He received his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Kansas Wesleyan University in 1996 and graduated from Washburn University School of Law in 2001. Mike is licensed to practice law in Kansas and Missouri.
Having secured a wealth of experience working for insurance companies, Mike joined The Bull Attorneys to return to his original passion of helping injured people who have been involved in large truck and semi accidents, motorcycle accidents, and car accidents. Additionally, he is skilled in cases involving other types of injury accidents that lead to human pain and suffering. Mike learned how to defend insurance companies which gives him unique insight into how insurance companies take advantage of injured people in their time of need. His other passion is restoring his 1967 Corvette.
Prior to joining The Bull Attorneys, Mike was a partner at Klenda Austerman L.L.C. where he practiced primarily in the areas of insurance defense, employment law, and complex commercial litigation. In over 13 years with the firm, insurance companies often sought Mike's assistance in defending automobile accidents, tractor-trailer accidents, slip and falls, and property damage cases. He also defended businesses from civil rights claims and defended doctors and hospitals from medical malpractice claims. Mike understands how insurance companies commit bad faith against the people and businesses they insure. He can now use his extensive knowledge to help personal injury clients at The Bull Attorneys.
