Attorney Information

Overview

Born and raised in rural Meade County, Mary saw many inequalities in treatment to those who could not afford quality representation. Some had been taken advantage of, some had been falsely accused, while others could not fight for their children or their hard-earned marital assets. Mary vowed that when she came back home after school, that she would play a part in changing the way things were done.

While her focus is on helping clients navigate the emotional and often frustrating realm of family court and bankruptcy court, Mary has also helped numerous clients in the areas of criminal law, including juveniles facing charges, probate and wills, personal injury/slip and fall, bankruptcy and social security disability.

Mary lives with her husband, three children, and numerous pets in Elizabethtown, Kentucky.
