Attorney Information

Overview

Caleb has always wanted to be an attorney—it’s who he is. From an early age, he was drawn to advocacy, debate, and standing up for those who needed a voice. That passion led him to build a career focused on fighting for the injured and ensuring they receive the justice they deserve.

Caleb earned his law degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 2018. Before law school, he attended Eastern Kentucky University, where he studied Communications and Political Science. At EKU, he honed his public speaking skills and became a decorated member of the EKU Mock Trial Team. His love for trial advocacy continued in law school, where he was elected President of the UK Law Trial Team. In 2018, he and his trial partner placed third in the nation at the Texas Young Lawyers Trial Competition.

All of Caleb’s legal experience is in civil litigation. Like many successful Plaintiff’s lawyers, Caleb started his career on the defense side. Working for insurance companies helped Caleb learn the tricks and tactics they use to underpay and delay claims. Caleb was happy to transition to representing injured clients in 2022 when he went to work for a respected local plaintiff’s attorney in Lexington, KY. Caleb spent years learning the ins and outs of handling personal injury cases. His experience negotiating with insurance companies and litigating complex claims gave him the skills and insight needed to advocate aggressively for his clients.

Caleb’s practice is centered on securing favorable settlements from insurance companies, whether that involves workers’ compensation claims, auto insurance disputes, or homeowners’ insurance claims. He believes in making the legal process as smooth and stress-free as possible, ensuring his clients receive the compensation they deserve while being treated with respect.

Outside of work, Caleb is an avid cyclist and an advocate for Multiple Sclerosis awareness. He is a proud member of Bike the US for MS, an organization dedicated to raising funds for MS research. In 2017, while in law school, Caleb cycled from Bar Harbor, Maine to Seattle, Washington, covering almost 5,000 miles over 70 days and raising over $125,000 for MS research.

When he’s not in the courtroom or on his bike, Caleb enjoys hiking, camping, and exploring the great outdoors. He is committed to serving his community and fighting for the rights of those who have been wrongfully injured.
