In 2019, The Kentucky Trial Court Review recognized Seth as one of the Commonwealth's "Most Prolific Trial Attorneys" of the year. The Kentucky Trial Court Review is a publication that keeps records and statistics for all cases that go to jury trial in Kentucky each year.

From the moment he took his oath as an attorney, Seth has represented Kentuckians who have been harmed by the negligence of others. He is a member of the Kentucky Justice Association.

Although Seth grew up on a farm in Columbia, Adair County, Kentucky, he now lives in Lexington with his wife, Katy, and their three children.
