She later practiced at a prestigious defense firm, where she handled complex commercial litigation matters.
Joy has been active in community service for more than 20 years, with a focus on children and teenagers. After volunteering as a pet therapy handler for pediatric cancer patients, she co-founded Cure KY Kids to provide funding, awareness, and support to children fighting cancer and their families.
