With offices in Lexington, and serving throughout Kentucky, Regard Law Group offers assistance to individuals and businesses when they most need legal support.
Over the last fifteen years, our firm has developed core competencies in a range of practice areas, with a special emphasis on business law. We are adept at resolving a full array of related matters, and have developed a reputation for effectiveness in resolving contract disputes and disagreements between business partners and shareholders.
Regard Law Group also maintains a robust equine law practice. Our principal attorney, Andre Regard, has owned a thoroughbred farm as well as a thoroughbred investment fund. He understands the nuances involved in all equine law considerations, and provides representation to owners, breeders, riders, trainers, agents and related professionals in the field.
While many matters settle out of court through mediation or negotiation, our law firm comprises seasoned litigators who regularly argue matters in court. We assert our clients’ interests and rights aggressively, and are unafraid to face large institutions – insurance companies, investment banks, government entities.
