Joseph Daniel Gaines joined the firm in 2009 as an associate. Joseph resides in Valley Station where he grew up and graduated from high school. Joseph attended the University of Louisville where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities, a Master Degree in Political Science, and a Juris Doctor in Law. Joseph was admitted to the bar in October 2009. Joseph has worked for our firm for the last two and a half years. Joseph is a general practitioner who performs legal services in many different areas of the law. Joseph has defended traffic citations, felonies, evictions, etc. Joseph also handles divorce and other family related legal matters. Lastly, Joseph handles DUIs, drafting of wills, power of attorneys, car accidents, workers compensation claims, slip and falls, bankruptcies and more.
Joseph is dedicated to helping those that do not have the ability to help themselves and understands the plight of people at this time with the downsizing recession. Joseph hopes to help as many people as possible throughout his career. He can help you too; he is only a phone call or email away.
