Mike, a native of West Virginia, began his career as a schoolteacher and pastor before transitioning to law. In 1996, he enrolled in law school, embarking on a new professional path.

Mike specializes in dispute resolution, personal injury defense, premises liability, product liability, and insurance defense. He has extensive experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury cases and has worked with individuals, businesses, and insurance companies. As a registered mediator, he has successfully facilitated settlements in Kentucky and Indiana.

With substantial trial experience, Mike has effectively defended companies and individuals in a wide range of personal injury claims, property damage disputes, insurance matters, and subrogation actions. He also has significant experience handling appeals in Kentucky and Indiana.

Mike has represented clients in both state and federal courts across Kentucky and Indiana, achieving successful outcomes at the appellate level in both states.

Outside of his legal practice, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife and two adult children. He is also a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and wellness coach.
