Hired Law firm 2020-2021My 83 year old mother was prayed upon illegally by the KY DOT and county judge executive CHuckie Caudill (on his way out) in that the widening of hwy 11 and part of 587 was done in a "blockbusting manner"- deemed unconstitutional in the 1970s when black families were planted among blue collar white bigots-making them take 50% of fair market value-our original offer $29,000 got upped to $60,000 still a pittance compared to the 2 year prior "voung virile VIP bids"
