    Recommends this Law firm
Just over four months ago my family was put in a situation in which we had to find an attorney immediately. With being over 8.5 hours away from Kentucky we didn't know where to turn but to google. After seeing the reviews for Mr. Howard we drove on a Sunday, in the middle of the night, to make sure we arrived at his office before it opened at 8:00 a.m. the following day. Mr. Howard was very welcoming and ensured he will do this best he can. He was honest and upfront from the beginning. His professionalism, communication, and charisma was phenomenal! Whenever we had questions he was there to answer. He was always straight forward regarding the case. Everything he informed us regarding the case and Kentucky laws was 100% accurate, and he never mislead us. He never doubted our son and proved his innocence. Today we walked out of court with the truth and outcome we wanted. Definitely recommend Mr. Howard to anyone who needs an attorney. He is Phenomenal!

I believe if more people did an accurate review of this business it would be helpful to the public. This guy is only for the money He doesn’t show up when it’s important to have representation He sends an inexperienced attorney from another town

Adam is a great man, he was there and won my criminal case. Best attorney ever, he never once questioned the fact i was innocent.

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

  • Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
  • Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
  • Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
  • City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
