Erica Bayles - Lafayette, LA

For more than a decade, Erica poured her heart into teaching, shaping young minds in the classroom while raising a growing family at home. But after the arrival of her fifth child, she felt a new calling, one that combined her lifelong love for people with her desire to make a difference beyond the classroom. Driven by a passion for justice and compassion, Erica went back to school, this time for law school. Balancing motherhood, advocacy, and late-night study sessions wasn’t easy, but it strengthened her conviction that determination and faith can overcome just about anything.

Erica also serves as the Policy Director for Louisiana Right to Life. Adopted as a toddler, Erica has always believed that every life is precious and purposeful. That belief shaped her passion to protect the unborn.

Erica uses those same qualities: patience, empathy, and grit to help families navigate the difficult aftermath of serious accidents. A trial lawyer known for opening statements that command a room, Erica pairs relentless preparation with genuine compassion for every injured client. Juries remember her and so do her clients.
