If I could give this man ZERO STARS, I would!!!! You almost cost me my family, MICHAEL BREEDEN!!!! That “LemonLaw” you claim to represent.... is a JOKE! I had EVERY PIECE OF EVIDENCE THAT CAR I WAS DRIVING WAS A SALVAGE. THE WHOLE FRAME OF THE CAR WAS BENT! Every mechanic I brought it do and GAVE YOU THE PAPERWORK (that you’d never remember or lost) saying it was dangerous! You were either paid off by Nissan to not do anything or you are just LAZY and don’t know what the hell youre doing! Yo should be hearing from the BAR ASSOCIATION... since it was in your hands an entire two years before, finally, losing compete control over the vehicle and just about losing the lives of not only myself, but my children and significant other!!!! HOW DARE YOU KEEP ME ON THE STRING FOR SO LONG AND HAVE TO END UP LIKE THIS. You can’t handle THAT case... how the HELL do you handle ANY case?!?! Well, I still have every piece of info I have to you... I am pursuing the BAR ASSOCIATION and will push and push to at the very least.... reprimand you!! I hope you get your license taken away honestly! I’m also seeking YOU to pay my medical bills as well!!!! I sometimes wonder if you were drunk or on drugs bc you’d always trip over things in your office, you LOST or didn’t REMEMBER that I submitted documents to you! You are by far THE WORST ATTORNEY FOR LEMON LAW! You should just completely take that down off of your “representation” bc it’s a joke! YOU are a JOKE. I have the best attorney now, tho.

When viewing a listing, consider the state advertising restrictions to which lawyers and law firms must adhere, as well as our FindLaw.com Legal Directory disclaimer. Some lawyers publish comparative information regarding the services that they provide which may be subject to specific comparative communications restrictions.

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

  • Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
  • Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
  • Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
  • City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
