Overview
Chad P. Morrow, a Member of the firm, received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Tulane University and his law degree from Louisiana State University Law Center, where he was on the Moot Court Board. He represents clients in all areas of commercial transactions, with a focus on secured financing transactions, real estate transactions, factoring, and commercial real estate leasing.
Chad has been recognized for many years by Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers for his work in Real Estate Law, and was twice selected as a Rising Star in Real Estate by Legal Media Group (2015 and 2017). He has been a frequent speaker on a wide range of legal topics, including title insurance, UCC rights and remedies, real estate leasing, bankruptcy matters and local counsel opinion practice. He has also served as an Assistant Examiner for the Louisiana State Bar Exam since 2015. Chad is a frequent volunteer for the Homeless Experience Legal Profession (HELP) Program. He has been frequent coach and volunteer for his daughters’ sports teams at Mel Ott Park in Gretna, Louisiana.

- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
