Overview
Mr. Airey has a broad base of experience, representing a wide array of both domestic and international clients. His litigation experience includes acting as lead trial counsel in federal and state court and before arbitration panels, and performing appellate work in the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and all Louisiana Appellate courts. In addition to his trial work, Mr. Airey provides business advice and legal guidance to clients regarding business operation and formation, employment matters, mergers, real estate transactions, and risk management. As a former licensed Coast Guard Captain, Mr. Airey also has extensive knowledge of admiralty and maritime matters. In 2019 he was elected unopposed as St. Tammany Parish Councilman for District 13. He also serves on the board for St. Tammany Communication District No. 1, as well as holding executive positions on a number of civic organization boards.
