Ms. Larks earned her Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from Princeton University and her Juris doctorate from the New York University School of Law. She is licensed in New York and California.
Ms. Larks handles a wide variety of complex commercial litigation disputes, including commercial, construction, real estate, energy, administrative, admiralty/maritime and intellectual property law. She has represented corporations, utilities, government agencies, non-profits and start-ups in state and federal courts in New York and California. She is also experienced in various forms of alternative dispute resolution, including AAA arbitration and mediation.
