Overview
Nic Montalbano is a graduate of Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, where he distinguished himself as an accomplished advocate and leader within the Advocacy Center.
During law school, Nic competed as both a member and coach of Loyola's National Constitutional Criminal Procedure Moot Court Team. He also served as coach of the 2026 Frank A. Schreck Gaming Law Moot Court Team. In addition to his moot court experience, Nic represented Loyola in the National Trials and Tribulations Competition in South Carolina, further demonstrating his commitment to trial advocacy.
In recognition of his excellence in oral advocacy, Nic was inducted into the Order of Barristers, a prestigious national honor society that recognizes outstanding achievement in courtroom advocacy, moot court, and trial competition.
A native of South Louisiana, Nic has spent most of his life in the New Orleans area. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time on the water, watching baseball, and listening to live music with family and friends.
